Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. PepChat is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after handoff to the carrier, though we will assist in filing claims where applicable.

9. Returns

All purchases are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law. The full Refund & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

PepChat may, at its sole discretion, review eligible requests for an exchange or store credit submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Approval is not guaranteed. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PepChat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website, products, or services.
